Training for Unit Leaders
Looking for ways to bring World Scouting into your unit or Council?
This course will cover a basic overview of World Scouting and introduce program ideas that engage Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturers, Sea Scouts and young adults.
International Representative Training
This course gives Council International Representatives an overview of World Scouting and their role as IR.
Curriculum includes the IR job description and promoting WOSM events such as the World Scout Jamboree, World Scout Moot and JOTA-JOTI, as well as opportunities to bring World Scouting to the unit and Council programs.
Scouts for SDGs
Learn how you can incorporate the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into your Scouting program.
The World Organization of the Scout Movement encourages National Scout Organizations to learn and engage in service projects around the UN’s SDGs. This course provides an overview of the 17 SDGs and how Scouts can use them to create a better world.
Messengers of Peace
The Messengers of Peace (MOP) program encourages Scouts to engage in service to their local communities.
This course explains the MOP program and provides ideas and resources for effective projects on the unit and Council level.
